Prior to
working with the US Border Patrol, Marc Walker of Reno was pleased to work as a park ranger.
For a very long time, Marc Walker of Reno
has loved the outdoors. After serving in the US Marine Corps, Marc Walker of Reno was awarded a Bachelor of Science from the College of Health and Human Services at California
State University-Sacramento, in Recreation Administration with a concentration
in Recreation and Park Management. Marc Walker of Reno was pleased to get this degree since it
allowed him the knowledge necessary to serve as a Park Ranger at the Mendocino
Lake Reservoir and Recreation Areas.
During
his time at the Mendocino Lake Reservoir and Recreation Areas, Marc Walker of Reno patrolled a
1,922-acre lake that hosted over 300 campsites spanning over 12.5 miles of
shoreline. He patrolled these areas using watercrafts, vehicles, and on foot.
He enjoyed being able to work in the outdoor areas and also interfacing with
the many others who came to enjoy the beauty and nature of the area. Working as
a Park Ranger was very rewarding for Marc Walker of Reno.
